the Consolidated Copper Company of Baltimore city by em-
powering said Corporation to hold and dispose of lands suited
to the purposes of its incorporation.

The House bill entitled an Act to encourage the killing of
Hawks, Big Owls, Foxes and Weasels in the counties' of
Charles and Calvert.

The House bill entitled an Act to refund to Horatio J.
Sheppard, of Cecil county, a sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury.

the Act passed at the January Session, 1854, chapter 122 of
the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Acfc amenda-
tory of rhe Act to incorporate the South Baltimore Company,
passed December Session, 1832, chapter 96, and to extend the
duration of said Act to January 1st, 1880, and to appoint
additional Corporators, and to increase the capital stock of
said Company to six hundred and twenty-five thousand dol-
lars, and to protect the rights of said Company from forfei-
ture by non-user.
