The bill entitled an Act to remove all gates from the pub-
lic roads of Charles county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Frost-
burg Water Company, which was incorporated by the Acts
of January Session, 1853, ch. 330,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, to issue the bonds of the City of Balti-
more, to an amount not exceeding the sura of seven hundred
