Mr. H inks moved to reconsider the vote by which Senate
bill to allow cattle running at large was rejected,
Which motion prevailed.
Mr, Hooper offered the following message to the Senate:

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request you to return to this House Senate
bill prohibiting stock from running at large in Baltimore
county,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Oxford, in Talbot county, to convey to the Board of County
Commissioners of Talbot county, a portion of a vacant public
lot in the town of Oxford, for the purpose of erecting thereon
a public school house,
