The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
draw his warrant on the Treasurer for a sum of money suf-
ficient to re-emburse Sprigg Harwood, Esq., for money er-
roneously paid into the Treasury, and to direct said Sprigg
Harwood to pay the same when so re-imbursed to the
County School Commissioners for Anne Arundel county,
