The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 786, of Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to "Baltimore
City," sub-title "Orphans' Court," and to re-enact the same
witk amendments, and to add a new Section thereto, to be
known as "Section 786 A."
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chap. 423, of the Acts
of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Section 20, of Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Com-
missioners," sub-title "Roads," and to re-enact the same
with amendments, so far as the same applies to Washington
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
