Naill, Koons, Rutledge, Boyle, Vandiver, Culbreth, Golds-
borough, Rusk, Berltemeier, Lewis, McWilliams, Stewart,
McAleese, Loane, Chaisty, Harig, Sanders,, Fenton, Scott,
Farrow, Ranger, Jones, Canby, Griffith, Rawlings, At-
kinson, Sprigg, Brown, Rinehart, Lamotte, Waters of Car-
roll, Clark, Dashiell, Gordy, Barnard, Browning—64.
Mr. Vandiver, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the fol-
lowing order:
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay Dr. Wm. H.
Cole, Reading Clerk and acting Chief Clerk, the sum of three
hundred dollars, for the faithlul performance of his duties,
and extra services.
Which was laid on the table until to-morrow, under the rule.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chap. 285 of the Acts of
1874, entitled an Act to prohibit the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Frederick county from issuing license to venders of
spirituous, vinous or malt liquors, within three miles of the
post office at Hansonville, Frederick county, and re-enact the
same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at January Session, 1874,
Chapter 439, in so far as the same relates to Harford county,
and to enact the following in lieu thereof, to apply to Har-
ford county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Rachel Wil-
aon, by refunding State and county taxes erroneously paid,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows:
