Said bill was then sent to the Senate;
Mr. Neal moved that the rules be suspended for the purpose-
of enabling the Committee on Corporations to report favor-
ably, and to place upon its second reading,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at this
present Session of the General-Assembly of Maryland, enti-
tled an Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, an Act
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, Chap-
ter 334, approved March 30th, 1868, entitled an Act supple-
mentary and amendatory of an Act passed at the present Ses-
sion of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act
to amend the charter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania
Railroad Company, passed at the January Session, 1849,
Chapter 469, and to further repeal and amend said last
named Act, by amending the 3rd Section thereof, and re-en-
acting the same as amended.
