Bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82, 83, 84 and 85,
of the Public Local Laws of Caroline, county, sub-title
"Fences," go far as it relates to the 1st, 2d and 3d Districts.
On motion of Mr. Goldsborough,
Said bill WAS recommitted to the Caroline and Queen
Anne's delegations and Mr. Mattingly.
The Secretary of the Senate also delivered the following
message:

We have received your message requesting the return of
the House billNo. 46, entitled an Act to amend the Public
Local Laws, relating to Somerset county, sub-title "Fences,"
by adding thereto the following Sections, and herewith re-
turn the same,

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Local Laws
relating to Somerset county, sub-title "Fences," by adding
thereto the following Sections, and herewith return the same.
On motion of Mr. Lankford,
Said bill was recommitted to the Somerset delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at this
present Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, enti-
tled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, an Act
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1868, chapter 334, approved March 13th, 1868, en-
titled an Act supplementary and amendatory of an Act,
passed at the present Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Cum-
berland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, passed at the
January Season, 1849, chapter 469, and to further repeal
and amehd said last named Act by amending the 3d Section
thereof, and re-enacting the same as amended.
