On motion of Mr. Whitelock,
Ordered, That Mr. Donaldson be excused attendance on
account of indisposition.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter
390, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
county, relating to the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
to minors in the City of Annapolis, and within five miles
thereof, and to re-enact with amendments Section 55,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed January
Session, 1872, ch. 254, entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power (the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county,
to appropriate a sum of money to the capital stock of the
Annapolis and North Severn Bridge Company, and to re-
enact the same with amendments,
