Mr. Fitzjarrell presented the petition of John H. Smith,
'Thos. Lockerman and 88 others, asking for the repeal of the
License and Local Option Laws in Talbot county.

Mr. Fitzjarrell presented the petition of John W. Scott,
J. L. Caldwell, James Arringdale, 65 other citizens of Talbot
county, for the repeal of the Local Option and License Laws.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Fitzjarrell, Dod-
son and Cnlbreth.
Mr. Fitzjarrell presented the petition of T. T. Martin, T.
H. Hulebecord, Samuel Hambleton, and 188 others, citi-
zens of Talbot county, asking for the repeal of the License
and iocal Option Laws:
