Mr. Dashiell, (by unanimous consent,) moved that the
vote by which
The bill entitled "an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Wicomico county, to determine by ballot whether spirituous
or fermented liquors shall be sold in said county," failed for
want of a constitutional majority, be reconsidered.
