favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act, to
designate and fix the boundary between the States of Vir-
ginia and Maryland, approved April 11th, 1874.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act, passed
at January Session, 1852, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Santa Clara Mining Association of Baltimore, authorizing
said Association to make and enforce payment of all calls or
assessments upon its capital stock heretofore made or here-
after to be made.
Which was read a first time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Constitution of
the Henry Watson Children Aid Society of Baltimore, as the
same was enacted by Act of 1872, chapter 14.

. Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Alicia Winder, of
Talbot county, for State taxes erroneously paid into the
Treasury for the year 1867, to the year 1870, inclusive, and
also to authorize the County Commissioners of said county to
refund county taxes erroneously paid.

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to the vestry of St.
Michael's Parish, Talbot county, a sum of money erroneously
paid into the Treasury.
