ary Session, 1870, and entitled an Act to change the provi-
sions of section 1, article 11, of the Constitution of the State
title "Baltimore City," relating io the term of office of the
Mayor of said city, as provided in and by section 9 of said
article.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.
Also, delivered,
A bill entitled an Act authorizing the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to provide lor the inspection of oil and
fluids used for illuminating purposes in the City of Balti-
more, and for the appointment of inspectors for that pur-
pose.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Inspections.

A bill entitled an Act to change the provision of Sections
1 and 3, of Article 11, of the Constitution of Maryland, title
"City of Baltimore."

of Maryland, of 1874, entitled an Act to provide for main-

Laws of 1870.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Anne
Arundel delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 199, 200, 202,
203 and 216, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland: relating to the City of Baltimore,
sub-title "Elections," and re-enact Section 199 to 216, with
amendments.

on Elections.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 115, of chapter
334, of Acts of 1874, relating to the City of Westminister,
