Was postponed until Wednesday, the 8th inst.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 6, of Article 69,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Officers," to-
regulate the publication by the Comptroller of defaulters of
the State.
Was read.
Mr. Donaldson proposed the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding to line 8, of Sec. 6, the words, "and the
cost of advertisement of the accounts of each, such de-
faulter may be recovered in the name of the State against the
bond of such defaulter."
