The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 1st Section of the
Act, passed at the January Session, 1854, chapter 122, of
the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act amend-
datory of the Act to incorporate the South Balto. Company,
passed Dec. Ses., 1832, chap. 96, and to extend the duration
o said Act to 1st of Jan'y., 1880, and to appoint additional
corporators, and to increase the capital stock of said Co. to
$625,000, and to protect the rights of said Company from for-
feiture by non-user,
