A bill entitled an Act to regulate the number of tax col-
lectors' districts in Dorchester county, and to abolish the
office of County Treasurer in the said county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sub-section 4, of chapter
425, of the Acts of 1874, entitled "Somerset county," and to
re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 423, of the Act of
1874, entitled an Act to repeal Section 20, of Article 28, of
Code of Public General Laws, title "County Commissioners,"
sub-title "Roads," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments so far as the same applies to Washington county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 6, 8 and 2, of
the Acts of January Session, 1872, chapter 54, entitled an
Act to exempt all that portion of the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay lying north ward of a certain line therein described,
from the operation and effects of Sections 1 and 3, of Article
98, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Wild Fowl,"
and to enact other Sections to be in force and operation in, on
and over said waters, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows:
