We have received your message asking the Senate to recede
from its amendment to House bill No. 76, relating to "Li-
censes," as far as Harford county is concerned. We respect-
fully return you the bill as passed originally by the House,
without any amendments annexed, the Senate have reconsid-
ered and receded from the amendment adopted yesterday.
