OB motion of Mr. Hinks,
Leave was granted to the Frederick delegation, to intro-
duce a bill entitled a supplement to an Act, passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter two
hundred and sixty-seven, entitled an Act incorporating a
Company to open in part, and improve the road from Fred-
erick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout Spring on the
Hamburg road, passing Bradrup's Saw-mill, as revived by an
Act passed at the January session, eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, chapter two hundred and thirteen, entitled an
Act to revive an Act incorporating a Company to open in
part, and to improve the road from Frederick city, ia Fred-
erick county, to the Spout Spring on the Hamburg road,
passing Bradrup's Saw-mill, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter two hundred and sixty-
seven, and as amended by the Act passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred and
seventy- seven, entitled an Act to repeal so much of Section
twelve, chapter two hundred and sixty-seven, of the Act
paseed March eighteen hundred and sixty, entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to open in part, and improve the
road from Frederick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout
Spring, &c., as relates to rates of toll, and enact the follow-
ing i.nstead, viz:
On motion of Mr. Bird,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce an Act granting the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest in the last Will and
Testament of Margaret E.Morton, late of Calvert county,
deceased, to the Vestry of Saint Paul's Parish Church in
Calvert county.
On motion of Mr. Whitelock,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled an Act providing for the repeal
of Sections 55 to 64, inclusive, of the Public Local Laws of
Baltimore county, entitled "Collectors," and to enact other
provisions in lieu thereof.
On motion of Mr. McGlone,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 619,
620, 621, 622, 623, 624, 625, 426, 627 and 628, of Article 4
of the Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," relating to the
appointment, jurisdiction, duties, &c., of Justices of the
Peace for Baltimore city, and to re-enact the game with
amendments, so as to read as follows.
