The bill entitled an Act for the better protection of birds
and game in Wicomico county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to regulate the liquor traffiic, and
prevent intemperance in Baltimore county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading, and
On motion of Mr. Hooper,
Was recommitted to the Baltimore county delegation.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore county
Gas Light Company,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerks of the Cir-
cuit Courts of Talbot and Queen Anne's counties to enter ap
judgments by confession, where the plaintiff make oath that
the consideration is just and true as stated,
