Amemd in lieu of title and Section 2 and 1, "a bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal chapter 3, pf the Acts passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1874, titled an Act to limit the hours of labor
in this State, for all miners under sixteen years of age, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General of Maryland, That
Chapter 3, of the Acts passed at January Session,1874, be
And the same is hereby repealed, and the following enacted
in lieu of it
