The bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the General
Assembly to the several bequests of Rezin Hammond, late of
Anne Arundel county, deceased, to the Brooklyn Methodist.
Protestant Church and Parsonage, in Brooklyn, Anne Arun—
del county, and Holly Run Methodist Protestant Church, in
same county, and State of Maryland,
Was read a seeond time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill to repeal and re-enact chapter 279 of the Acts
passed at January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to amend
the Act of Assembly of 1868, ch. 292, adding an additional
Section to Article 57 of the Code of Public General Laws,
under the title "Landlord and Tenant," by repealing the
same, and re-enacting the same as follows:
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 55 to 64 inclu-
sive, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, entitled
"Collector," and Sections 78 to 90 inclusive, entitled "Trea-
surer," and enact the following, entitled "Treasurer and Col-
lector," in lieu thereof,
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
