of St. Mary's county, and to create an additional election dis-
trict in said county, to be styled the 7th Election District,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Kent county to have several of the Land Re-
cord Books of said county be bound, and to continue the gen-
eral index judgments and decrees on the dockets of said Court,
from the year 1864,

The bill entitled an Act;, to amend an Act, entitled an Act,
to incorporate the Woodberry Manufacturing Company of
Baltimore county,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 50, 51 and 52,
of Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to
"Somerset county," sub-title "Fences," and tore-enact other
Sections in lieu thereof, to be Sections 53, 54, 55 and 56.
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to add additional Ssctions to chap-
ter 425, entitled an Act to add certain sub-Sections to Article
19, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Somerset
county," under sub-title "License," and to repeal Section
138 of said Article, entitled "Somerset county," under sub-
title "Retailers."
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, of the Act of
1872, chapter 313, entitled an Act to protect the owners of
land on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties, and
to re-enact the same with amendment.
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Ordered, That each county and Legislative district of Bal-
timore city, be called according to the roll of the House, and
that each present in turn two bills for the action of the House,
either for the second reading, third reading or Senate files.
