ington county,' sub-title "Roads," to be known as Section
935, B.,&c.,&c.
On motion of Mr. Farrow,
Leave was granted to the Washington county delegation,
to introduce a bill entitled an Act, to repeal Article 21, Sec-
tion 314 to334 inclusive, entitled "Washington county," sub-
title "Williamsport," and re-enact the same with amend-
ment.
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation, to introduce
a bill to repeal Section 2 chapter 2, Section 8, of chapter 4,
and Section 3, of chapter 10, of Act of 187-', chapur 377,
entiiled an Act to repeal Act of 1870, entitled an Act to re-
peal Act of 1868, entitled "Public Education, &c," in so
far as the same relates to Haitord county, and to substitute in
lieu of said Sections the following to apply to Harford county,
and to be arranged under Public Local Laws, title "Harford
County," sub title "Public Schools.
On motion of Mr. Mattingly,
Leave was granted to Messrs Mattingly, Dunbarand Lan-
caster, to introduce a bill to require the County Commis-
sioners of St. Mary's county, to nport annually to the Grand
Jury of the September Terra of the Circuit Court for said
county, a statement of the expenses of the county
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce a bill to amend Section 54, of Article 30 of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punish
ments," sub-title "Fraud "
On motion of Mr. Riggs,
Leave was granted to the Frederick delegation, to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to prevent Hogs and Geese from
running at large in, and within two miles of the village of
Urbana, in Frederick county.
