Leave was granted to Messrs Berkemeier, Stewart and
McGlone, to introduce a bill to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to provide tor the inspection of
Coal Oil, Kerosene and Refined Petroleum in the City of
Baltimore, and for the appointment of inspectors for that
purpose.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to regulate the compensa-
tion or the Judges of the Orphans' Courts of the several
counties and the City of Baltimore.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to add a new Section to Article 93 of the
Code of Public General Lawn, title "Testamentary Law."
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
intioduce a bill to repeal Sections 230 and 231 of Article 93,
Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Laws'
sub-title "Orphans' Court," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to provide for the administration of derelict
estates.
On motion of Mr. Hinks.
Leave was granted to the Frederick and Carroll delega-
gations to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
