No. 20. An Act to empower the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore, to purchase, lease or condemn lands for public
parks or squares within the limits of Baltimore city.
No. 21. An Act to empower the Clerk of the County Com
missioners for Talbot county, to administer an oath or affir-
mation to any account, to any person presenting a claim to
the Commissioners against the county.
No. 22. An Act authorizing the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Anne Arundel county to place certain tees in the hands
of the several Sheriffs of this State und the City of Baltimore
for collection.
No. 23. An Act to repeal an Act, entitled "An Act to re-
quire all Auctioneers making sales in Baltimore county to
pay a license fee."
