the subscriber, one of the State of Maryland's Justices of
the Peace, in and for said city, came George H. Williams,
Secretary of the Baltimore and Harford Turnpike Company,
and made oath in due form of law, that the above is a true
and just abstract of the accounts of said Company as re-
quired by its charter.
