Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled a supplement to the Acts incorporting the
Western Maryland Railroad Company, and conferring new
powers upon the said company,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Gill,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
said bill referred to a Committee of the Whole House.
On motion of Mr. Gill,
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the
Whole - Mr. Brown in the Chair.
After some time passed in Committee of the Whole, the
Speaker resumed the Chair, and Mr. Brown, Chairman of
the Whole House, submitted the following report:
The Committee of the Whole House, to whom was referred
the bill entitled a supplement to the Acts incorporating the
Western Maryland Railroad Company and conferring new
powers upon the said Company, have had the same under
consideration, and have made some progress thereon.

At 3 o'clock P. M., the House adjourned.
