The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 442, of the Acts
of the General Assembly, passed January Session, 1872, re-
lating to the shooting of Wild Fowl in the waters of Dor-
chester county, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to approve an Act, passed Janu-
ary Session, 1874, chapter 93, requiring the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Company,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to create a new Election District
in Prince George's county, to be known as " District Number
Thirteen,"
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4, of the Act of
1860, chapter 274, entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more and Liberty Turnpike Company, and to enact a substi-
tute therefor,

pay John J. Abbott, late Collector of State Taxes, in Carroll
county, the amount overpaid by him into the Treasury,

of the Public Local Laws of Howard county, and re-enact
the same with amendments,

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Dennis Cookson, of
Carroll county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid into
the Treasury.
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for

The bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Ar-
ticle 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Calvert
county," sub-title "Taxes," providing for the appointment
of a Treasurer and a more economical collection of taxes in
Calvert county.
