A bill entitled an Act to create a new Election District in
Prince George's county, to be known as District No. 13.
Which was read a first time.
The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills:
A bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at large in
Baltimore county, within fifteen miles from Baltimore city.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing the State
Librarian to furnish from the State Library, for the use of
the Circuit Court for Wicomico county, a full set of the deci-
sions of the Court of Appeals, and of the Acts of Assembly
and other books.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Library.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 52, of the Acts of
1868, entitled an Act to repeal Section 45, of Article 29, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Circuit Courts for
the counties," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment to Isaac D.
Jones, of the balance of his claim made to the General As-
sembly of 1874, for expenses and compensation as one of the
Commissioners to adjust the boundary line between the States
of Virginia and Maryland.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Ways and Means.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act regulating the closing of roads in
Prince George's county.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Prince
George's delegation.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 19, of Article 61,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Mechanics'
Lien."
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Ocean Bridge
Company.
