retail drugs, medicines or chemicals for medicine or chemi-
cals for medicinal uses, in the City of Baltimore, and repeal-
ing the Act entitled an Act to prevent incompetent persons
from conducting the business of druggist or apothecary in
the City of Baltimore, passed at January Session, 1870,
chap, 104, etc.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Consumers' Mu-
tual Gas-Light Company of Baltimore city.
Which was considered.
Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Talbot County
Canal and Navigation Company.

Mr. Harig, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, re-
ported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to refund to Dennis Cookson, of Car-
roll county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid into
the Treasury.

Mr. Waters, of Dorchester, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to approve an Act passed January
Session, 1874, chapler 93, requiring the County Commission-
ers of Dorchester county to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Company.

Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 442, of the Act oi
the General Assembly, passed at January Session, 1872, re-
lating to the shooting of wild fowl in the waters of Dorches-
ter county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Bird, Chairman of a Select Committee, reporter
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Article
5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ''Calvert County,'
sub-title "Taxes," providing for the appointment of
Treasurer and a more economical collection of taxes in Cal
vert county.
