Hoblitzell, McGlone, Coburn, Stewart, McAleese, Gill, Hart,
Loane, Chaisty, Hess, Harig, Albaugh, Sanders, Fenton,
Scott, Farrow, Ranger, Jones, Can by, Griffith, Rawlings,
Atkinson, Sprigg, Brooke, Brown, Rinehart, Lamotte,
Waters, of Car'l., Donaldson, Clark, Dashiell, Gordy,
Barnard, Browning—80.
The following bills, having passed both branches of the
General Assembly, were this day presented to His Excellency,
the Governor, for his approval:
No. 11. An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Garrett county to levy money for the payment of wolf, or
other scalps, destroyed within the limits ol said county.
No. 12. An Act to repeal Article 31, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled "Crows," so far as the same relates
to Harford, Frederick, Montgomery, Queen Ann's, Calvert,
Prince George's, Garrett, Talbot, Charles, Carroll and Caro-
line counties.
No. 13. An Act to regulate the pay of the State's Attor-
ney for Cecil county.

Mr. Whitelock presented the petition of Thos. Divan and
30 others, citizens of Baltimore county, asking the enactment
of a law to prevent stock running at large within 15 miles of
Baltimore.
Which was read and referred to the Baltimore county dele-
gation.
Mr. Dodson presented the petition of Jas. H. Cooper, J.
Q. Larrimore, and 180 others, citizens of Talbot county, in-
terested in taking and catching oysters, asking for exclusive
use of certain waters lying in said county for tongmen.
Which was read and referred to the Talbot and Dorchester
delegations.
Mr. Whitelock presented the petition -of voters in the
Third Election District of Baltimore county, asking the
establishment of another voting precinct in the said district.
Which was read and referred to the Baltimore county dele-
gation.
Mr. Scott presented the petition of Dan'1 W. Roherr,
George S. Hill, John H. Horp, Geo. J. Brown, Wm. New
comer, Saml. Houser, and 300 others, praying for the pro-
tection of birds in Washington county.
Which was read and referred to the Washington county
delegation.
Mr. Scott presented the petition of W. B. Wheeler, Wm.
L. Smith, J. S. Nicodemus, Thos. E. Smith, A. Will Lakin
