praying the passage of an Act forbidding the sale of intoxica-
ting drinks within four miles of Glenelg, in Howard county.

A bill entitled an Act to regulate the liquor traffic and pre-
vent intemperance in Calvert county, Maryland.

favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1, and add addi-
tional Sections 11 and 12, of chapter 437, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Marland, pushed January Session,
1874, entitled an Act to authorize the citizens of Talbot and
Dorchester counties, to take or catch oysters, with dredge,
scoop or scrape in the waters of the Choptank river, giving
additional privileges to Tongmen, and amend and re-enact
the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments Sections 1 and 3, of chapter 35, of the Acts of 1864,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church
at Port Deposit, providing for the election of Trustees of said
Church.
