All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
The bill entitled an Act to prohibit the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit of Baltimore county from issuing license to venders of
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer, in the village
of Warren Factory, or at any place nearer than one mile, in
every other direction,
Was read a second time, und ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of the New
York and Baltimore Transportation Line, which incorpora-
tion is, by virtue of the Act of December Session, 1847, chap-
ter 112, passed January 18th, 1848, and ofsupplementary
Act, passed February 7th, 1866, chapter 106, at a session be-
gun on the 10th day of January, 1866,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to regulate the fees of the county
Surveyor of Garrett county,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled a further supplement to an Act, passed
at December Session, 1825, entitled an Act to incorporate the
President and Directors of the Firemen's Insurance Company
of Baltimore, and the several supplements thereto
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to empower the Clerk of the
County Commissioners for Talbot county, to administer an
oath or affirmation, to any account to any person presenting
a claim to the Commissions against the county.
Was read a second time, and ordere 1 to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of the Grand
Division of the State of Maryland, of the Order of the Sons
of Temperance, passed at December Session 1845, chapter
159.
