A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 9, of Article 28, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the publication
of county expenses so far as the same relates to Dorchester
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Mr. Lankford, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
without amendment,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the building line
in the harbor of Crisfield on the north side of the town of
Crisfield into deeper water, so as to admit the erection of
oyster houses along the same.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to- change the dividing line
between the Second and Fifth Election Districts in Garrett
county.

The bill entitled an Act to empower the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to purchase, lease or condemn lands for
public parks or squares within the limits of Baltimore city,
Being upon a second reading,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, the bill
ordered to be printed and made the order of the day for Mon-
day, the 31st instant.
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Consumers'
Mutual Gas Light Company of Baltimore city,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Wicomico county to levy a sum of money for the
eupport of William Benjamin Gordy while in an Insane
Asylum,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act for the protection of Partridges
and Rabbits, and to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on
private property in Kent county.
