ported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Tilghman N.
Chance, the sum of one hundred and eighty-eight dollars, the
amount of a bail bond, interest and costs forfeited to the State
as one of the sureties for James H. Anderson.
Mr. Donaldson moved that the bill be read a second time
this day, under the provisions of the Constitution, Section
27, Article 3.
