Endorsed: "Report of Conference Committee adopted , and
bill passed by yeas and nays."
The question recurring upon the adoption of the following
REPORT.
The Committee of Conference appointed on the part of the
two Houses to take into consideration the disagreeing votes
of the two Houses on the House Bill No. 109, respectfully re-
commend that the Senate recede from the first amendment,
and that the House concur in the second amendment proposed
by the Senate; that the Senate recede from its third amend-
ment; that the Senate recede from its fourth amendment;
that the Senate recede from its fifth amendment.
