Endorsed, ''Report of the Committee on Conference adopted,
and bill passed by yeas and nays."
The question then recurring upon the adoption of the fol-
lowing
REPORT.
The Committee of Conference, appointed to take into con-
sideration- the disagreeing votes of the two Houses, on House
Bill No. 151, after a full and free conference, respectfully
recommend to their respective Houses, that the Senate recede
from its second amendment, and that the House of Delegates
concui in the first, third, fourth and fifth amedments of the
Senate.

The Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of
the two Houses, upon the bill entitled an Act to pay the
claim of Eli Whitney, against the State of Maryland, sub-
mitted the following
REPORT
Of the Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes
of the two Houses, upon the bill entitled an Act to pay the
claim of Eli Whitney, against the State of Maryland, respect-
fully report, that they have agreed to the amendment here-
with submitted in place of the amendments proposed, and ask
its adoption.
