Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully inform your Honorable Body that we have
non-concurred in the amendments made by your Honorable
Body to House Bill No. 109, making appropriations for the
supportof the government for 1877, and respectfully ask
your Honorable Body to recede from the same.

Taxes," and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows,
with proposed amendments :
