The House proceeded to the consideration of the unfinished
business of 8 P. M. Session. Saturday, 1st instant, being,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact chap. 279,
of the Acts passed at January Session, 1870, entitled an Act
to amend the Act of Assembly of 1868. chap. 292, adding an
additional Section to Article 51, of the Code of Public General
Laws, under the title of "Landlord and Tenant," by repeal-
ing the same, and re-enacting the same as follows.
