Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message asking the Senate to re-
cede from its amendment to House bill entitled an Act, re-
lating to Landlord and Tenant, and rospectfully declias to
recede from said amendment, and suggest the appointment
of a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses.
We have appointed on the part of the Senate Messrs, Ban-
non, Knight and Stevens.
