Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have, after consideration, non-concurred in the amend-
ment of the House to Senate bill, printed 114, entitled "an
Act to create a loan to discharge the indebtedness of the
Maryland Hospital," and respectlully request the House to
recede therefrom.

AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY,
Secretary.
Which was read,
The bill named therein was returned therewith.
The House then proceeded to consider the bill.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
The vote by which the proposed amendments to said bill
was adopted,
