The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 3, of Arti-
cle 11, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Attor-
neys at Law, and Attorneys in Fact," as amended by the Act
of Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1872, chapter
91, and re-enact the same with an Amendment,
Being upon a third reading.
Mr. Constable submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 3. Strike out all between the word, "Maryland,"
on line 5, and the word "it," in line 7.
Section 3, line 15, strike out the words, "and has served a
clerkship of one year as aforesaid."
The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment,
Mr. Koons demanded the previous question,
The question then being,
"Shall the main question be now put?"
It was decided in the affirmative.
