ments, chapter 219, of the Acts passed January Session, 1874,
which was an Act regulating the right of fishing in the
Patuxent River and its Tributaries.
Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably, and report adopted."

The bill entitled an Act to declare the Monday, immedi-
ately preceding Tuesday, the Fourth day of July, 1876, a
legal holiday.
Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore city to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Baltimore, Chesapeake and Delaware Bay Railroad Com-
pany, or to endorse the bonds of said Company.

Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 119, of
chapter 471, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session of 1868, relating to Cor-
porations, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Robinson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel, Prince George's and Calvert coun-
ties, to provide free travel over the Patuxeut River, at or near
Hill's Bridge, and to determine the cost between them.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 6, of chapter 244,
of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January
Session, 1872, entitled an Act to authorize the appointment
of Weighers of Grain, by the Governor, and to amend and
re-enact said Section as amended,
