additional Sections 11 and 12, of chapter 437, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session,
1874, entitled an Act to authorize the citizens of Talbot and
Dorchester counties to take or catch oysters with dredge,
scoop or scrape, in the waters of the Choptank River, and to
amend and re-enact the same with amendments, giving ad-
ditional privileges to tongsmen, with proposed amendments:

"ten" and "eleven."
Section 2. Strike ou the words "and be it eanacted by the
General Assembly of Maryland, that," and insert before
"the" figure "1."
