The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 509, of
the Laws of Maryland of 1874, entitled an Act to provide for
maintaining and keeping in repair the Public Roads in Anne
Arundel county, and to repeal the Act passed at January
Session, 1870, chapter 192, and to re-enact eaid chapter 192,
Laws of 1870.
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Hodges submitted the following amendment.

Section 11, strike out all after the word "shall," in line
1, to the word "purposely," in line 4.
