Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in
and for the 2nd Election District of Kent county.

The bill entitled an Act to permit the bona fide residents
of St. Mary's and Charles counties, to shoot wild fowl on

The bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing the ad-
ministrator of James Stratton, late of Howard county,
deceased, to pay over the surplus of the estate of the
said deceased, to the Board of County School Commissioners
of Howard county, unless legal representatives shall appear,

third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to prevent the erection or main-
tenance of slaughter houses near public roads or dwellings
in Allegany county,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 30 and 67, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, in so far as
the same relates to Harford county, and to enact the follow-
ing Sections in lieu thereof, to apply to Harford county,
