Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message requesting the appoint-
ment of a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes
of the two Houses on the amendments to Senate bill, entitled
an Act for the revision of the list of registered voters, and
have concurred therein, and have appointed as managers on
the part of Senate, Messrs. Gorman, Stevens and Cooper.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 252, of Article
93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testatnentarj
Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court," and to re-enact the same
with amendment^
Was read a second tiaie and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to regulate the mode and manner
of executing the death penalty,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act for the relief of the sureties or
the official bond of Edwin W. Duvall, formerly Sheriff of
Anne Arundel county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to further amend the charter of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, a corpo-
ration created and duly organized under the provisions
the Act of Assembly, passed at January Session, 1868, chap-
ter 364, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore an
Drum Point Railroad Company, and to extend the time for
the completion of the said railroad.
