Mr. Vandiver submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
"And be it enacted, That the provisions of this Act shall
not apply to Harford and Prince George's counties."

Mr. Hart submitted the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out, "That this Act shall take effect from the date
of its passage."
Which was adopted.

ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Donaldson, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the
