The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills:
A bill entitled an Act to regulate the building of mill
dams on streams where the Public Roads crosses such stream,
and keeping of the same in repair, in Wicomico county.
Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs, Gor-
dy, Dashiell and Purnell.
