The bill entitled an Act to pay to Henry Esoana, the sum
of one hundred and thirteen dollars and four cents, for balance
doe him for work in the Comptroller's office, per certificate
of the Comptroller and President of Chesapeake and Ohio
Canal Company,

and George S. Russurn, a sum of money for services rendered
the State, as counsel in the case of United States, against Wil-
